Return Policy

In accordance with Government Ordinance 34/2014 on consumer protection for distance contracts, the Buyer has the right to unilaterally withdraw from the contract within 14 working days from receiving the product, without penalties and without providing any reason, by only covering the postal return costs.

If the Buyer exercises this right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in the exact condition it was delivered, meaning: in the original packaging, unused, accompanied by all documentation provided, and fully functional. If these conditions are not met, the Buyer is not entitled to a refund.

The product must be returned to Chiptunershop at the Buyer’s expense. The refund will only be processed after the product has been received and confirmed by Chiptunershop to be in its original packaging, unused, accompanied by all documentation, and in perfect working order.

According to the ordinance, products that are susceptible to rapid deterioration or expiration are excluded from the right of return.

For orders paid by card, the amount will be refunded to the same card used for the transaction within a maximum of 14 days from acceptance of the return.
